In business, it’s pointless to write if we don’t connect with the reader.
Websites: skilled at coordinating and organizing information, then writing,
editing, and refining the text in a consistent, reader-friendly format.
Press Releases, Events, Media: whenever possible I enjoy attending events
and taking photographs, creating press releases so the reader visualizes
being there. I’ve written bios, interviewed personalities, responded to
sensitive issues, and issued statements to the media.
Articles, Speeches: experienced at writing president’s messages, columns for executive
directors, and superintendent’s presentations and remarks.
Text Documents: persuasively written text for brochures, guiding readers to take action.
I’ve also created numerous documents for publications, written proposals and state RFPs.
I use AP Stylebook, Chicago Manual of Style, Strunk and White, and other professional references.
